For the very first time, I ordered something directly from Touratech UK, expecting, from what I've heard in the past, a long wait for delivery to enable me to ponder whether I'd done the right thing by ordering something from them.

That was yesterday at 9:20 a.m.

Parts arrived in this morning's post.

HOWEVER...

not satisfied with sending me what I'd ordered, they also included a copy of the catalogue. :blast

That's this year's earnings gone, then...

I must admit that in the past I have been one of the first in the queue to criticise Touratech.

However, as above, I ordered some bits for my bike Wednesday lunchtime and they turned on less than 24 hours later. I got the parts I ordered and paid for and in addition to that, two small items I requested were sent free of charge.:)

Chatted to Nick Plumb on phone and he was very helpful.

Well done Touratech.:clap

Spoke to Nick Plumb at NEC show and told him all about our Calum's Road trip. This months newsletter contains a great mention of the trip and a link to my blog site: http://sidhorman.blogspot.com/

Just checked post (wading through thick snow to mail box) and received a package from Touratech containing various stickers and a sew on patch. All sent Free of Charge.

I'll make a donate to my www.justgiving.com/sidhorman site of £20 to cover the cost of this donation.:)

Big thanks to Touratech.:)
