For the very first time, I ordered something directly from Touratech UK, expecting, from what I've heard in the past, a long wait for delivery to enable me to ponder whether I'd done the right thing by ordering something from them.
That was yesterday at 9:20 a.m.
Parts arrived in this morning's post.
HOWEVER...
not satisfied with sending me what I'd ordered, they also included a copy of the catalogue.
I must admit that in the past I have been one of the first in the queue to criticise Touratech.
However, as above, I ordered some bits for my bike Wednesday lunchtime and they turned on less than 24 hours later. I got the parts I ordered and paid for and in addition to that, two small items I requested were sent free of charge.
Chatted to Nick Plumb on phone and he was very helpful.
Spoke to Nick Plumb at NEC show and told him all about our Calum's Road trip. This months newsletter contains a great mention of the trip and a link to my blog site: http://sidhorman.blogspot.com/
Just checked post (wading through thick snow to mail box) and received a package from Touratech containing various stickers and a sew on patch. All sent Free of Charge.
