Having just moved over to the UK I do not have a lot of surplus gear about. But I am going back to the USA at the end of the month for a week and can offer to courier small Legal bits back if you have something you wish to buy from over there and save import duty/VAT and postage on.

Otherwise GB Pounds, US greenbacks or Euros could be an exchange medium.
