Hi Lyndon,

if you were spending your own dosh now, would you still buy the Streetpilot 111 and if so why?

I'm thinking about such kit and would appreciate any thoughts you may have.

Thanks for replys guys,
Reggie,if i was to buy one now i'd buy one of the 26** range, because of the speed in calculating and recalculating. However i wouldnt get rid of mine for one as its still very good although not as fast as the newer one.The larger compact flash memory would be handy for those long foreign trips also.I guess if you can get one cheap enough i would say go for the street pilot as its still a brill tool.
Unless you have the bmw cradle for the newer ones it could be more fiddly to use as some menus have to be accessed via touch screen.

I've got touratech side panels on my adv and think they look superb, fitting was easy and quality seems good too....
