Well here we go again.

Ordered a seat from Touratech on the 9th May - "Yes sir, no probs, it'll be with you in time for your trip to France on the 9th June"

Liars!!!

Just cancelled the order and have just looked up where all the local Botty massage parlours are on our route.

Well here we go again.

They probably sold it to me
Ordered the seat on the 5th may (saturday evening)
And was delivered to me on the 15th... (Allways a hold up because of the Norwegian customs)

I waited a month for some pannier mountings from TT UK but then happened to be near TT Germany last week so called them up and they had them in stock. When I cancelled the order with TT UK they gave me some half-baked excuse. I really don't expect to pay their additional prices for a simple forwarding service that also takes months. If they had stock in the UK the excess might be more acceptable.

Yes I know it's the 6th, but I'd just had a telephone conversation with them where they confirmed that the next delivery from Germany would be next week - so using the power of a simple calender I deduced that I would not get it in time for the 9th - hence the cancelled order.
