If anyone else out there is using a TT Zega topbox mounting bracket tehn take note.....
After a short ride back from Reading today I noticed my Zega Top box (small one) was moving about more than usual. Once I got I decided to check the mounting bracket and discovered 3 cracks / stress fractures around the 3 mounting holes in the middle of the bracket
. Now I don't use my Top box all the time and therefore it gets removed and re-fitted quite a lot. I'm always carefull to ensure it's fitted correctly as I've heard too many stories of riders loosing their Top boxes whilst riding.....
I've been on the phone to TT who have already ordered me a new one and have stated they will try to get it out to me once they receive mine. I'm off touring round Scotland next month (2nd) so hope it'll arrive in time.....

But hope so. Perhaps stop loading the top box with so much lager may help the problem
