Touring with my son in France

My son who is 20 wanted to try a trip to France , he's been riding since 16 but on a restricted A2 licence, he ended up buying a 2013 Honda CB500x with luggage, I'd recently outed my 1200GSA, I needed a bike for the trip, 1993 Honda Pan-european with 12k from new , £1500, did a service and cam belt its now up to 14500 miles , so comfortable and touring on the cheap
It was the oldest bike in the queue at Portsmouth

It’s great fun and a great way to spend time together. We toured Norway for three weeks a couple of years ago. I met my lad in Hamburg as he lives in Chamonix before the Kiel-Oslo ferry.
