I did that to my 1150 last year - put the servo on eBay and bidding went to a shade under £60. Obviously it depends on who's looking at the time but because used servo's don't always work as well when they're re-fitted as they did when they were removed buying one is a gamble. I reckoned I did OK - it covered most of the cost of the de-servoing parts. £150-£200 sounds very optimistic.....
