Can anyone help - when setting the throttle position sensor to about .380v when the engines off ignition on, if I measure the voltage when the engines running (tickover), it drops to about .320v
1. Is this ok?
2. is the voltage dropping due to the ignition mapping?
3. is it play in the throttle body and the vacume throwing things out when running ?

Thanks

I have no idea but I think an earlier post said don't worry about the engine running voltage as long as the ignition off one is correct.

Thanks for the info. I think a throttle body rebuild may help to stabilise the voltage as it clonks on tickover and has play in the bushes.
