Taken off my recently sold 850, a full Tractive suspension set-up.
The front closed cartridge is this one.
The rear unit is a plug and play replacement for the OEM ESA unit. It's this one.
The links show Touratech kit. The units I have came direct from Tractive. Only difference is the branding - Tractive build them all.
This kit TOTALLY transforms the 850. If you only change one thing, it should be the front. The cartridge eliminates the ridiculous level of fork dive under braking, which makes the bike a pig to handle at speed on gravel/dirt. However, the rear unit also makes a huge difference and the combination makes the bike a properly well-set, long-distance dual-sport bike. It's no surprise that the new 900 has much-improved suspenders compared to the built-down-to-a-budget, under-sprung stuff on the stock 850.
New, this lot would now set you back £2,500 plus fitting. Denzo of this parish recently charged me just £200 to remove them and refit the OEM stuff, so I'd guess that's what it would cost you to get them fitted.
Both units were serviced about 6,000 miles ago. They're in their original boxes and Denzo confirmed that they're in tiptop condition and ready to go.
I'll do the pair for £1,150 posted to a UK address.
I've had offers for the front already but would prefer to sell as a pair. Separately I'd be looking for £350 (front) and £950 (rear)
