Trail Ride, Sunday 4th November 0900hrs, Mold, Ruthin and Denbigh area.

Reading this is a bit like the old joke
Two old dears walking through the park
One says "windy today"
The other reply s "no it's Thursday"
The first one answers "so am I lets go for a drink"

It's the way I tell 'em:thumb

Have a good ride Sat/Sun/Mon and I hope to be able to make one soon.

Great day

You missed a cracker Hew.. was a fantastic day. Big thankyou for Timpo for leading. Great clear day with sunshine aplenty.

Thanks to the rest for coming along too and I cannot wait to see the pics. Cheers John

Glad you all had a great day.
Rhys/Reece took you at your word Tim and gave me the slippiest tyre for rock that he could find. The KLX has suddenly started impersonating a KTM by spinning the back wheel at the smallest amount of moisture on rock or tarmac.

tyres

Hew, my MT21's were much the same just the other way round. Ok on the gravel but in the mud.. oh boy.. felt like a speedway rider at times.. was sat right over the tank trying to keep the front gripping with the rear going anywhere it felt like..

Still on the best days riding I have had all year.. :thumb2

From where I was sat (tail gunner) it looked far too entertaining! :eek
I reckon with a decent set of tyres, and a bit less pressure, you would have a much easier ride. Could be a trade off in fuel usage though........:augie
