Trail rides on Saturdays in July x3 (14,21,28th)

I'm not there for Mold as I'm away for the weekend but should be ok for the easy one on the 28th:eek:

That 640 will be a doddle in Rick's hands:thumb

HP is in the Van all I need now is for the headache to go away and to find my camel back and a bag for the spanners...

That's the first of the 3 rides done and very pleasant it was. I'm trying to tone my description down and keep the Yeha's and backslapping to a minimum. Jimmy came along on a DRZ for his first day of green laning and fell off loads of times but kept getting back on and thoroughly enjoying himself. He truly could not believe how much fun it was. Rick's new orange machine got nice and dirty. I enjoyed myself as usual and Timpo:green gri uncharacteristically allowed us to miss out the ford pictured below. Water was over the top of the front wheel before getting to the ford which would make it at least 4 foot deep:eek:
Thanks all for a great day:beerjug:

Saturday 28th, Dolgellau.

Ok Edgey.
Make sure you know where the RV is and remember that we will leave there at 0930hrs prompt.
The ride is spectacular if the weather is good, but lately that hasn't been so.
As for The Motorway..........:green gri
All I can say is that is one of the hardest lanes that is still open to motorised users.
It's wet bog sections over a wide moor, that leads into a nice forest route that is usually blocked by fallen pine trees. It usually takes an hour to do, by the time we have dug Hew out of the bogs.:augie
A few other decent lanes shall be ridden during the day, King's Road being one of them, Rick A ended up thumbing it last time there.:thumb2
I may need to use a map to get us round as my mind is totally blank at the moment, hic:beer: !
Oh, one beauty we will be doing is called Iron Ore Mine, and this is a stormer, and I believe Timolgra has been grilling Tina on what line to take, as she was the only one of the four of us to clear it last time.:thedummy :thedummy :thedummy

Anyway, you'll love it.:thumb2

Timpo.

Ahh

I see your reputation as :green gri appears well deserved:thumb

I am a little unsure about the RV. Do you have a road name for this long stay car park??

I will be there early this time but want to make sure i go to the right place.

Do i need a supply of change for this car park, as i cant stay for the 2nd day (work).

I do have your number in case

Well treaded knobblies and plenty of water are the main things.
I am sure that Timolgra posted some pictures up of trails in the area but I have done a search and can't find them. The scenery is stunning and the trails varied from rock steps to muddy trails and not forgetting Bogs.
