Trail Riding Hints & Tips

Anyway, all this frolicking leaves me in a dusty and muddy state, which Mrs Denny does not approve of seeing as she does the cleaning. I've been using my road riding jacket & trousers which are a pain to wash (apparantly) and take ages to dry! Aside from the cleaning, I anticipate severe over heating come summer when the temps are in the 30's.
Skipping over the comment about Mrs D, don't bother washing muddy stuff, wait til it dries then brush the mud off. A damp sponge will remove the remnants & even if it doesn't, it's not a fashion show, who cares? :nenau
Wear body armour close to the skin so it doesn't move when you fall.
Wear mesh bike gear and wear it without the integral armour.
Then use that for your trail riding and never wash it :thumb2
