Just got my vapor to install on my DRZ400E.

What settings did you all use for the:

Wheel size
Pulses per revolution
High temp warning
Over temp danger point
RPM shift indicator
RPM over shift indicator

I know im been lazy and not finding it out but thought it would be quicker on here :augie

Thanks
David

Wheel size - all depends on your rolling circumferance. All tyres will be slightly different but I used 2113 on my knobblies & confirmed the speed with a GPS. It's quite difficult to get a true speed throughout the range, what may be spot on at 30mph may be a bit out at 60mph. I set mine blob-on @ 30mph so it's accurate approching speed cameras.
Pulses per revolution - 1
High temp warning - 95C, sometimes comes on when struggling while green laning.
Over temp danger point - 105C, has lit up once or twice but I assume 105C aint so high anyway. There is no electric fan on the E.

Usual running temperature on a pleasant day is around 50C

RPM shift indicator - 7500rpm, set to your own preferance.
RPM over shift indicator - 8500rpm, set to your own preferance.

You may get some weird readings on the tach. I've put one on my beemer & occasionally it goes mental for no particular reason then it's fine. I had a looksie on the web & it's quite common apparently.
Also you've prob found the ambient temp if you are using it is wildly optimistic.
Pretty cool tho when you can say your max revs were 20 000:D
