Transfer Data

I can transfer my data from Maqsource to my Unit OK

However when I try and transfer data from my unit to Mapsource , it is saying error !!!

Any Ideas

Just to add to this enigma , it is allowing my waypoints to be transferred from my unit to mapsource but not routes

Have not had the problem, are you trying to import them into an existing file or a new file.

Try the new file option and if it works cut and paste the routes to the file you want them in.

Tried new and existing files on the BMW NAV 2 (2610 garmin equivalent) ,

So I gave Garmin a call and they said it was a software issue inside the unit .
I have to return it , and exchange it for a new unit.

Awsome bit of kit ,
Awsome service ,
reliability mmmm "good question" but once had , cannot do without it

BMW quality again?

Should have bought the Garmin version. You don't think BMW know what they're getting, do you?
