As Apple like to keep things sewn up, it's relatively easy to transfer music purchased from them, between Apple devices.
In the past, I've managed to restore my complete music library ( including non-Apple purchases ) from my iPhone into a new iTunes account onto a Windows laptop.
Santa brought me a refurbished MacBook Pro, having never used Mac before I'm struggling to achieve the same outcome. The result of which, is that only about 25% of my music has been transferred to the new device from my iPhone.
Anyone know of a simple to use solution. Other than re-purchasing my whole collection from Apple or drag those boxes of cd's down from the loft and start burning them all onto the Mac.
