Tree surgeon Cheshire

This might be a long shot but do we have any Tree Surgeons amongst us?

I am in Cheshire and have quite a large Sycamore that wax planted by the developers 18 years ago Nd it has not been touched in that time.

Looking for advice and possibly someone to cut, prune, remove, depending on advice.

Have a word with the tree department at Cheshire council lots of trees have protection orders on that can restrict pruning and often prevent cutting down
Huge fines for the wrong doer
