Well I am pleased to say I didn't go.
I personally think that this was a dumb thing to do - organise a mass ride out on the trails, crowd it with bikes and risk a potential own-goal by really pissing off the locals / walkers / NIMBY's etc.
Whilst I am all for protecting our right to ride on Byways etc, I really do think that the TRF were very badly advised (or even not advised at all) with regard to PR.
