Popped into BMW in Kaprun Austria last year, they had black "specials" in showroom, after they had converted 'em themselves, perhaps they sold a few and BMW thought "here's an opening"......

Got them in both branches of Vines too, just arrived. Looks better in the flesh than this pic - but the silver bits should be black too IMHO

Looked good but I agree the boomerangs could have been treated in a similar fashion.
