As title, do t know much about only the old chap purchased it 30+ years ago, right it need a chain a little bit that hold the throttle cable to the car so, chock cable connecting and there's probably a few other small bits missing. There's know keys or log book just a dating certificate from 1991. The engine turns over, £3000 please the cheapest one out there? Location Stafford can help with delivery, thanks for looking.

Was bought by an old chap 30 years ago,been sat in his garage probably since.he died fairly recently and this is one of the bikes from his estate.
I bought quite a few of them from nitram,
Proper chap.

I can't see it either maybe scan them individually? 1991? pretty sure it can't be a 91 t150 for sure.Oh with my eyes it looked all right,
looks interesting though.
I think I saw 1974
I have looked at the photos too, yes 1974 is noted as the year, but just one thing i think I noticed hence asking, were Triumph frame and engines numbers always the same when manufactured, or is that a myth ?

Going on from there, and adding a bit to it as I have registered a few US imports over the last decade, it only costs £55 to do that with the DVLA. I am pleased to say that it actually has become easier....
The bike will be classed as Historic (as long as you put that on the v55 form) and you will not need an MOT or any form of insurance either. Every application must be on the paper form, nothing electronic as yet, but the form can be downloaded etc from their website.
The dating letter as is should prove the age of the bike to the DVLA because there doesn't appear to be any form of US style of logbook. If the dating letter is not accepted, one can be obtained from a recognised owners club not sure what they might charge for one, but it can then be sent if needed etc.
After a few weeks (well possibly 4-6 weeks) you should receive a British v5 and the allocated reg number......simples.
So no need to be hesitant if you fancy buying this t150.

Engine & frame numbers always matched on leaving the Triumph factory. For some reason, this appears a plus point. I would have thought a working engine and all original bits being present was more important, but WTF do I know.
Engines were stamped on the production line with the frame number once the motor was 'married' to the frame
