Triumph Tiger 1200 Rally Pro in Sandstorm Matt. Purchased new by me from Newcastle Motorcycles in October 2024 / 74. Covered 2,100 miles. Both the 600 mile running in service and first annual service have been carried out by Newcastle Motorcycles with all software updates completed. Under manufacturers warranty until October 2027.

It’s important to point out that this is the model with the revised engine to address some of the criticism of the earlier models being vibey. IIRC, this was achieved with a heavier crank and different engine mounts along with other minor enhancements. It’s a fabulous engine and I think Triumph has it just right with these revisions.

The Pro comes with a great specification including, bash plate, fog lamps, keyless ignition, backlit switches, TFT screen, phone connectivity, customisable rider modes etc…

Also included are Triumph OEM panniers with coded keys, Evotech bar end weights, Evotech screen adjuster and Evotech Quadlock bracket. Obviously, all keys & documentation are present.

I’m very fussy about my bikes, this was ceramic coated whilst it was in hibernation last winter and is IMMACULATE. The annual service was carried out slightly early to avoid it being ridden in road salt. I can honestly say that in over 30 years of continuous riding this is probably the best bike I’ve owned, performance, handling, build quality it has it in spades. So why am I selling? Tbh, I’ve lost my biking mojo, I bought this to recapture it but it just hasn’t happened. I’ve other interests that have taken over and I have to force myself to get out on it so there’s no point in having it sat in the garage doing nothing. The only pics I have were taken in the Lakes last year. The concrete pad outside my garage is like a skating rink at the moment and it’s lashing down but if there’s any interest I’ll get it out of the garage tomorrow afternoon and take plenty of close up shots. £13,500 located in Northumberland.

Bump back up to the top. I’d underestimated the mileage it’s 2,413. For some reason known only to Triumph you have to go into the service menu to see the odometer. Price reduction to £13,150

Lets try this again, it's been out once since I posted this ad and done around 20 miles. £12,750 incl. a OEM top box (these are insane money from Triumph I think with the backrest and baseplate it was over £600!) The bike is faultless it's just after 30yrs continuous motorcycling I've just lost my mojo for it and I fancy a campervan

Definitely worth advert advertising elsewhere if you haven't already. Ebay classified advert (not an auction) is my go to. £20 fixed price for 28 days the last time I used it.

Cheers and yeah I'll be putting it on other sites. I thought I'd give it another shot on here for a week as I've sold so many bikes hassle free on here sometimes it's worth taking a few quid less and not having to deal rivets

I spent about 250 miles on mine on Sunday, not ridden it since I went to Corsica last year.

What a fantastic bike these are, immense engine, butter smooth quickshifter, lowering suspension facility for low speed stuff.

Fantastic.

Don’t hesitate if you want one of these, great bikes

Thanks for the kind words guys. Deposit placed on a camper so she’s off to Triumph Newcastle next week, if anyone wants a zero hassle sale and would like to save £1k on dealer prices let me know before Wednesday 17th.

Have a friend who is looking for one of these, have asked if he is interested - will report back shortly.

Thanks, I'm planning on dropping it off tomorrow as the weather is good but can hold fire if your friend is interested. Can send a walkaround video if that helps

No problem! Thanks for letting me know

Now down at Triumph NCL so I'm locking the thread

This has been sat at Triumph Newcastle for the past few weeks but it's unsold. I think partly because they haven't advertised it on bike trader and partly because they want to push their new stock. I really could do with getting it gone so I'll let it go for £12,150 that's the cheapest 25MY in the country by a considerable margin especially with the 3pc luggage. I have more photos and a video I can WhatsApp to any interested party - Phil 07545 062455

Sign of the times probably. Great looking bike, low mileage, immaculate, and not sold.

PCP seems to attract many folks today, cheap way to have a new bike sat in your garage.

Many older bikers aspiring to buy a new bike would save up and enjoy the prize at the end. Nowadays you can have what you want when you want, with some manufacturers offering bikes heavily discounted.

It will sell if the price is right, and you only need that one person.

Enjoy your camper van when it arrives.

👍

Sad this bike hasn't gone. Even more of a reinforcement regarding dealers though.
Everyone's best buddy when your buying, but ask for a little help, like shifting this fab bike, well it speaks for itself....didn't advertise it, not pushing it due to greater profit shifting their own stock, but if it sold I assume they'd cream their percentage off no worries.
I'm sure someone will scoop it up in time. GLWS

If that's what Triumph are going to pay put, they're making £1100 for having it sat in a small part of their showroom as they have it up at £13250. What a great buy for £12k GLWS. (I think the opposite to Pluribus....most of my aging biker mates are shying away from the madness of PCP and looking at genuine bargains...nearly new for way less money.)

Thanks guys. It’s a hell of a lot of bike for the money. I’ve now stuck it on eBay to reach a wider audience, obviously I’ll do a keener deal for a ukgser - £12k with all the nice little farkles included.

My other thoughts are trading it in for a cheaper bike I can justify having sat in the garage doing naff all. Potentially a CRF300 L or Rally so would consider a px …

Anyway here are some more recent pics taken before I dropped her off at Triumph to show the condition hasn’t changed since the ones I took earlier this year
