Triumph Trophy SE in "Pacific blue metallic."
November 2015 registed, '65 reg.
82,728 miles.

1 previous owner from new. I've had this for a year and done 1,100 miles on it. Lack of time, other bikes / a wandering eye etc etc.

It has to go to make room for a GS I've bought on the forum in the last few days.
It has a full and very comprehensive service history, 9 stamps in the book. I have changed the oil / filter and final drive oil in March after hibernating over winter.

MOT until 18/02/2026, passed without advisory.

It's a very nice bike to ride, yes there are quite a few miles on it, but you wouldn't think so. It's very presentable.

Handles very well, not cumbersome at all, and can be hustled impressively with its 130bhp lovely triple motor. Brakes are very good. Handling excellent.

It wafts along effortlessly, all the controls are light. Comfort and weather protection are superb, and the screen allows you to tailor air flow to your liking.

Numerous DIN style sockets around the bike for rider and pillion. Glove box in the LH fairing with power also.

  • Cruise control.
  • Audio system with auto speed volume adjust.
  • Electrically operated screen.
  • 2 keys.
  • Original toolkit under seat.
  • Heated grips, 2 stage.
  • Heated riders seat. 2 stage.
  • Height adjustable seats.
  • Tyre pressure monitoring.
  • Electrically adjusted suspension. Adjustment for load, and normal / comfort / sports settings.
  • Matching BT023 tyres with plenty of tread left.
  • Nice carbon Remus exhaust with removable insert, no problem from MOT man.

I bought and fitted the heated seat and sub-loom / switch so I'd have a warmer bum. Works fine, but would need a Triumph dealer tool if you want it to show on the dash as per the grips do. It never bothered me though as you can easily feel / see the switch is on.

Bad bits-

There are some minor marks around the bike commensurate with being used as a commuter bike, as the first owner did. The Triumph panniers are included and have a few marks / odd scratch here and there. probably from being kept in the garage like usual.

The worst damage is to the lower RH fairing, it's cracked in a couple places and missing a piece. It is secure, and I have cable tied it together as well as an extra precaution to keep it secure. It's hard to see when looking at the bike unless you get quite low, so doesn't detract from the appearance of the bike.

The powder coating on the wheels is dull (Don't know what Triumph uses, but they all seem to be this way on Trophies) and there's a little bit that has come off from the front wheel. This hasn't got any worse while I've had the bike, as I don't commute or ride in bad weather (intentionally.)

The heated grips are worn and a bit soft. The seller did me a set of new non heated grips when I bought it that I never got around to fitting, so those are included. After looking the FB group it appears it's not a hard job to swap the rubbers over, leaving the heated wires etc undisturbed and working.

I'll be removing my quad lock bracket and cable, and my top box plate. As mentioned, the bike has panniers included, but not a top box. Original seat will also be included of course.

I would happily get on this and ride off anywhere. If you are looking to do some touring and not wanting to spend a fortune, or spare putting mega miles on an expensive bike then this is the one!

£2,000 takes it on here. No offers sorry. If not I'll advertise it elsewhere for a smidge more.

Oh it has the Garmin sat nav powered mount also.

And if we’re getting picky (as I am) a bit of the black finish is flaking off the swing arm underneath, where the spray would hit from the rear tyre. Which you can see in this pic.

Loved mine for long distance touring. Sold it to a guy who flew in from Budapest to collect it and ride it home. It now has over 160k miles on the original engine and box! GLWTS. There's a huge market for these in Europe, it'll go quickly if you advertise it elsewhere, I'm sure.

It was a good bike and price the first time and still is...👍 I've a couple of extra bikes since them or would have been very tempted...

Replied.

Bike is ULEZ compliant yes.

Forgot that.
