I've got one and it's not as easy as the video implies. With the GS on the centre stand all the weight is on the front wheel and you can't move the bike without pushing down on the back to take the weight off the front.
Yes you can move it but ideally it needs one person to push on the back and another to move the bike.

I have a similar device and the floor does not have to be mirror flat. Neither is two persons needed to move the bike. You however have to be careful when moving the bike and when taking it off the centre stand (I once managed to drop the bike )
I use a 'tail swinger' (Busters, M&P and Ebay) for my GSA and XV1700. Works a treat and my garage floor is very ridged from cheapo concrete laying. Be careful with weight capacity on the cheaper ones.
