So am removing rear shock to get refurbed. Lower arms to be tightly stuck in place after bolt removal - any tips or ideas to release it?

Taking that it is up on the centre stand Rear wheel in place Top bolt in You could try pouring boiling water over the "Yoke" as it is and then press down on the rear wheel Heat will expand alloy to "loosen" things a bit Rear wheel fitted will stop excessive drop once it departs the shock IF like mine you have a 3 or 4 inch gap under the wheel ?? Put a bit of wood in there to limit travel to a couple of inches!
