Trupix Digital Camera, any info?

My 7 year old Fuji Finepix digital SLR has finally expired after years of good service but much abuse.

I've trawled the various threads on here and been looking around other sites.

I've come across this Trupix AX-580, based on the Praktica 4008 but with the following upgrades,

5.25 CCD Panasonic Sensor.
10 Mpix resolution.
Panasonic 8 x optical zoom.

ISO Auto. 50, 100, 200 & 400
F. 2.8 to F. 3.4
16 to 1/2000 sec shutter speed.
16Mb internal memory.
Storage SD/MMC
Macro 20 to 50 cm.
Video 320x240 @ 30fps (20 fps real)
Power is 4 x AA or rechargables.

£169. plus £25 gets an additional 256 SD card.

The Fuji was my first camera that wasn't a Pentax and I was very pleased with it but I'm still a bit concerned about buying an unknown (to me brand).

Grateful for any info.......or alternatives.

I've also been looking at pocket sized cameras for easier quick point and shoot type stuff from the bike.

Found this from the same supplier.

Trupix Enigma.

49 photo's on highest resolution (1280x960 pixels) or 187 max.

1.2 Mpix with 0.3 Mpix sensor.
8 Mb SDRAM
Built in lithium battery.
£30!
