Trying to connect 660 to Basecamp

Help !!!!

I've not used Basecamp for years !! I'm trying to connect my 660 to Basecamp on my mac but every time I plug in the 660 I get this :



When I click "close" ,that's it and the 660 hasn't been recognised as an external drive etc.

I've tried a reboot to no avail.

Any ideas ?

Had this problem on macpro, 350lm wouldn't load maps into basecamp. Your solution worked, thanks !!
