TT pannier locks

How the hell do you fit the lock kits to the panniers
im not very good a reading german.

I cant believe that they dont come with the locks fitted, I checked out the link above and for the money you are paying for these things its a bit Heath Robinson wouldn't you say?

The cost and work needed fitting the touratech locks seems a lot to do
when it makes them hardly anymore secure than the the "locks" they come with.

Sorted. the locks on the cases now i have a key instead of
a screw driver.
