i need to let a fellow Tosser know if i am buying his panniers but it depends wether they will fit without modification i know the racks are different fittings for the different bikes but are the "rings" the same size?

I have TT racks on my vanilla R12GS, gimme 5 minutes and I'll pop out and measure the mounting hoop sizes.
Internal mounting hoop dimensions 210mm high x 310mm wide.
If you have to redrill the Zegas to fit, you are welcome to use my panniers as a pattern or I could maybe make you paper templates and post them to you, email you photos with dimensions etc. More than one way to skin a cat.
