Tuesday Evening Run (17th)

We are still lads.

All set for Tuesday, jet-lag permitting!

Guys,

You can pencil me and RaceTruck in for Tuesday at the moment. Needless to say, if the precipitation remains at current levels, I will most likely wimp out.

Andrew, are you bringing the HP2 again and do I need to sign my life away to get a spin on it? Pretty please?

Errm, are we still going out on bikes on tuesday or are you two gonna be getting all glassy eye'd and hugging each other and going 'when I was a lad' etc etc ?:augie

:forry :upyou

We're still going out on the bikes :D But, as Warlock says 'precipitation permitting' :thumb2

meeting places

I'm on for a spin tomorrow, especially if the weather is like this evening:thumb2 , is there a second meeting point, and/or what direction are youall thinking of going?
D:thumb

Right, listen up you lot :D

The first meeting place is Old Bawn (as usual) in time to leave for 18.00.

The second meeting is in The Blue Gardenia in Brittas (as last time) in time to leave for 18.30.

And the weather looks like it might just hold up :bounce1 :bounce1

Trying to attach this to the TourX at the moment.
See y'all at 6 bells..

Really looking forward to Achill now!:bounce1 :bounce1

Guys,

A huge thanks to Jockser, Padge, AR14 for making it look easy  and everyone else who showed up and had to wait for me to finish the first green lane (mud lane more like). Special thanks to Gchamp for helping me pick up the GSA (I think I'd still be up there otherwise) and then baby-sitting me for the rest of the track. Also special thanks to RaceTruck for dropping it more than me :potkettle and making me feel better :thumb :D .

Great evening. You just know you are among really nice guys :eek when you are approaching the water and they are all gathered around to watch with the cameras out for when you fall in. Sorry to disappoint. Maybe next time.

See you all next time. Now where did I put that gym membership card?

Dunno if there's still places left but the booking link is still working. Click on 'Events 2007' & then 'Off-road Skills' - http://www.bmw-motorrad.ie/

Enjoyable wee spin with not a drop of rain, despite the doomsayers ;) . Thanks to Dermott for more lanes & tracks :thumb2 . Welcome to all the newbies - Dakar Gal, The Warlock, Racetruck & Flash's mate Aidan - and well done all of youse :clap

Hoping to have a few pics shortly :eek

Gotta go out again. The pics of the water splash will have to wait until later :D

Definitely - gym membership required for Warlock & Racetruck - would have thought their upper arms were strong enough - but obviously not!!
Looks like great craic though - boys and their toys!!!:thumb2
