Got the new EPROM. But unfortunatley it came with german manual for installing. I translated it directly, all seems dead easy to install it exept one thing i didn't understand quite well:
Do I really have to saw off half of the air-intake pipe that goes into airbox (that black plastic pipeline under the tank), so the engine gets more air right?
Can i replace my stock BMW EPROM back too if the air intake pipe is halfly sawed off?
Damn, one thing makes me scary too: there's written that is a "racing-part" in the manual - could it affect long term reliability of the bike?!?!?
Altough it only gives few additional horses and newton-metres if i assume correclty in terms i have KAT and original exhaust.
Well, you know, the dudes who made that chip made them mainly for racing Ducatis, MV Agustas and Bimotas, very emotional Italian motorcycles you know...

Cheers, Margus
