@fixinbones,
thank you for your reply :thumb
Did you had to adapt air intake and/or air filter ?? :confused:

NO, not yet. Im running the stock filter with no issues. I did just buy a K and N but I've just heard terrible things about them on ADVrider- letting in too much dirt to the motor. I may have to find a different one. I've found no reason at this point to add a power commander- the bike runs amazing now. I guess the stock ECU and firmware are able to compensate for the increased flow with the headers and new can?

Another week yet I'm told :(

The only pic's I have are the one's posted in Dave's thread -

Where can i order those? Does those fit with original can without modifications?

Thanks.

Im skeptical of those dyno results. Who did them? 2 plus HP sounds very low. I can tell you that from seat of pants its more like 7+hp.

They were done by a company called PDQ. Very reputable and knowledgeable company. I've used them myself in the past and been more than satisfied with their workmanship.

You'd be better off getting the seat of your pants re-calibrated. +7 BHP would mean a Max of 114 BHP from 107 Standard :eek:
Have another look at the HPN Dyno Chart, i reckon it shows Max BHP @ around 110 and mine is showing 109.5 I'd say mine is about right :nenau.
As Joe Bar said,PDQ have a very good reputation having been in business for 25 years.Nick the Dyno Op is the guy that other Dyno Ops ask for advise.

Actually, I think the HPN dyno chart shows the HP2 Enduro as WHP is shown as being around 97 (power on the lh scale, torque on the rh), well down on what a MM makes. It may well be that the MM is breathing pretty well as standard and that is why the gains are less than the 7bhp shown on the HPN dyno chart.

Spec's show Enduro as 103 bhp @ 7,000 and 115 nm torque @ 5,500, and Megamoto as 113 bhp @ 7500 and 115 nm torque @ 6,500. Charts show revs and peak power corresponding to type.
