I'm getting a new garage built and want to get one of the trolleys from HG. Have any of you guys used them with an adventure ? Or got one for sale ??

I've got one,it's brill!!! Well worth the dosh IMO.It just makes turning round a big heavy bkie real easy, esp if fuelled up and luggaged up.I can just ride into my garage, spin it round and leave it ready to be ridden straight out next time.

:clap :bow

Excellent little contraption and worth every penny.

One word of warning and I know this may seem obvious to some but don't be tempted to put it on the main stand without propper boots on if loaded up.

Causes extreme pain to bottom of foot.

Surely you dig dirty great holes in yer driveway/garage floor doing it like that?

I was given one of those turntable thingies as a present many years ago. I've never needed to use it but if someone wants it...

I think it was around £50 new I only ever used it once (with a 125!) so it's as new (if I can find it...)

pm if you want it.

you don't need a turntable.

Use the centrestand and spin it on that - search for how to...

Yep, thats exatly what I do ever night when I get home and park the bike.

Ride it into the garage, put it up on the main stand, stand at rear of bike and lower the arse end so that neither wheel is in contact with the floor.

Simply walk the bike around on the main stand.............sorted!

I must admit though, I was not that happy about doing it until I witnessed someone else doing it one night in a pub car park (oh errr Matron!)

Of course it does help if you have a empty clean garage!

even better

Have a word with your friendly barmaid and blag a couple of matching circular beer trays.

Put plenty of grease in one and spread liberally (the beer tray - not the barmaid!!)

Drop the other tray into it and hey presto - a fully working turntable

I think that the HG trolley will get my vote. I want to be able to move the bike into those tight spots not normally inhabitated by a GS :white

Well ordered the trolley from HG in Manchester last friday and it arrived today tuesday :) :) . Great service with a smile from them unlike their shop in Belfast who told me the trolly was not available and had been replaced by a "dearer" model :tosser .
