I needed to repair a hole in a pair of BMW trousers and after contacting BMW customer services I eventually got in touch with the company that manufacture their gear. I emailed them and they sent me some large swatches of material in various colours for the repair. Check out this thread here http://www.ukgser.com/forums/showthread.php?t=115981&highlight=trouser+repair as it has all the details - you need to contact Schoffel and the email is in the linked thread.

Soon after buying my Aerostich Roadcrafter a couple of years back, I noticed a very, very minor problem with some stitching (no pun intended) coming undone on a pocket. I emailed them asking for some thread to mend it with and advice on how best to do it. Much to my amazement their main man (Andy) offered to make me a brand new replacement suit, send it to me then pay for the old one to be shipped back to them. Now THAT is customer service.

OK, so I tried BMW customer service, they just bounced me back to the dealer I also tried the material manufacturer direct, they just ignored me

Soooooo, I'm relying on the helpful chaps at Woolaston to come up trumps

Still, thought I might have fared as well as you did with BMW customer services.
