Twin Cam Throttle

I am a newbee to the GSA Twin Cam and getting used to the engine character etc and loving it.
One thing I have noticed though is at idle and then giving the bike the lightest of throttle openings it goes from the smooth shakey bumbling to a lumpy shake almost if the one cylinder throttle body is opening a smidge before the other one (I am talking about a slight amount and not really an issue) and slightly more throttle cures it....is this a 'feature' of the boxer or does the injection set up need an adjustment or balance as on a carb set up? ...a friend of mine has noticed the same on his twin cam as well.

Sounds just like you say. Possibly the Injector bodies need balancing.

Throttle bodies may need synching - it is scheduled to be checked/adjusted at every service anyway.
