My wife is thinking of looking for a F650G single cyl. She sat on a factory lowered one with low seat and it just fitted her.
We were advised the twin spark 2004 on is the better F650GS ?????
If we buy a standard F650GS or Dakar how easy is it to lower it to factory lowered spec??????

Twin spark doesn't suffer from surging/stalling and is a bit more frugal. Standard GS is a better starting point than a Dakar as it's lower. Fit a low seat or just get the one you have reshaped and recovered. Drop the forks through the yokes on the front. Fit a set of 1" or 2" Kouba links to drop the rear. Sorted. :thumb2

Thats sounds relatively easy ? Any idea roughly of what these Kouba links would cost ?
