Twincam low fuel warning - when ?

Any ideas what the trigger threshold is for low fuel warning on the Kombi?

I figured it was around 50 miles, but atm i'm on range of 46 miles, with 4 bars on the display which is odd

Its a 2011 so has the float fitted

I'll check i didn't switch it to strip when i was playing with the GS at the weekend - but i dont think idid

It’s at 40 miles

My 2012 is at around 40 miles , it does vary + or - a couple of miles. although it has more range than that in the tank.

Spot on guys - it lit up at 42 miles (phew) - now at 37 and ready to fill

Although i have to hold my hands up and do a "plonker" alert - 4 bars ... that was the oil temp - Fuel is on the right one big block and a small bar

Thats what come from coming from an LC does lol

they made both smaller and swapped sides from the hex head one - still doing my head in - its now too small just so the ESA bit you use once a year could be big enough..... but why swap sides ?

Ran mine down to 20 remaining miles yesterday and got exactly 16lts In which should mean I’d still got 4lts in the tank.

it was showing low fuel and just the bottom bar on the RID, go figure?
