I had the last two days free
The sun was shining and I had this to sort out.
So I started off by doing this:
Then a bit of this:
Which let me ride past here:
Along some of these:
WARNING! These roads aren't suitable for yer average Tosser
After another ferry I got to some more of these:
But I was looking for some of this:
Don't think it's this one:
Ah- there it is:
Too early to stop and pitch my tent:
Better have some more of this:
Stopped for a coffee here:
I used to come to Creetown on my holidays and stay with my granny, often went down to Marino Sissis cafe for sweeties, ice cream and coffee for the grown-up's.
For those of you who think coffee, sweeties and ice cream are bad for you - think again. Marino is 96 and still serving his customers with the same energy and humour he always had.

Fortified by coffee and cheered to see Marino still going strong I went visit my grannys grave then to Mossyard and set up my tent.
Nae boring foaties of me drinking beer in the sunshine until bedtime at ten.
Next day I went up the Palnuir burn where I used to fish here:
Then crossed the wee footbridge to visit some family I hadn't seen in 20 years. Had a nice cup of tea and a catch up at their house which they've lived in for the last 50 years of the 58 they've been married

Then drove home again on the same roads I come down on - Worked for me.
WTF is that?
Looks over this:
Nice enough I suppose.
Oh well, homeward.
Took another one of these which cost more this time
I suppose it's worth it for more of this:
It was only 300 miles.
But more than 300 smiles.
