I have an 04 1200 GS with a full remus revolution exhaust fitted when I bought it 6 months ago.

It still has the baffle but it is certainly noisier than my dads 1200 gs but only really under acceleration.

No idea if it had engine mods.

Same question really... should I be worried?

Wouldn't worry about it, totally rubbish review.

They're not that fast, they're not that powerful and if you think you'll get £7600 for an '04 one you're living in cloud cuckoo land.

They got the competition right, mind. Oh yes! No, wait, they didn't. In 05, the KTM was only a 950, wasn't it?

Odd though that BuMW are supplying 1200s - from new- ready fitted with (in my case) Remus can / full sytem (no cat etc) and no engine mods.

YES - you are riding a 1200 instead of the more reliable and comfortable 1150GS
