They are just about to open a new "intermediate" course, Id struggle to walk it far less take a bike down there, loonies is right:D
 
a guy I work with was competing in that.....he used to come into work on Monday all dinged to sh*t....."what happened?" ......."oh I hit a tree" ......:eek

you're right, they're not right in the head....awesome though.....:beerjug:
 
Bin there done that (but in 97 it was only half the height although the bikes had half the suspension travel in them days)

Not much looneyism really - at least no more than that required to propell a motorcycle at a reasonable pace along a public road - its easy to hurt yourself but only one person in the history of downhill has managed to kill themeselves. Just a bit of skill and a bit of nerve is enough to do a fair time. The top riders do, however, have a lot of skill and a lot of nerve....
