I`m planning a trip to the south of France july/august time and was wondering what would be the best option.
I run TKC 80`s on my GS at the moment for touring in UK and off roading.

My question is , as the front is getting near the end off its life do I put something on which is more a road biased tyre, eg Tourance , Michelin anakee or conti trail Attack for the long trip or would the TKC`s be ok to do the trip on?
2 up plus luggage

Cheers

Do the trip on TKCs by all means. Just don't expect the to last very long.

For this trip I'd use some Tourances.

Bridgestone 020's awesome in the wet, a few years old but still do the biz.

Granted you wont get the big miles but very stable...:Motomartin

not an expert but i can highly recomend the tourance exp went to brno on them last year then on to the nurburg ring excelent grip then a toodle down to the south of france and they were great stable and grippy in all conditions and 5000 miles from a rear aint that bad
