I have had the 3 of my bikes all fitted with tyres (either bought directly from them or purchased elsewhere and fitted by them) over the last few years by mad Iggy in Blakestown tyres. Give him a ring and ask.

Just had a pair of Tourances fitted (NOT EXP's) on Michael at Hurst Tyres recommendation - £170 all in. Had no complaints with the Battlewings, in fact I rode them to the rim and loved them. Have noticed differences with the Tourances - they do have a different feel, they drop in quicker, have less vibes through the bars, grip is mighty, dry or wet (no complaints with the Battlewings grip either), generally 'feel' better though there's little in it. Do like them.

Well, that works out at €192. So Duffys are still about €100 more expensive. I think most GSers will be going for a spin at some point, would do no harm to book in to hursts and take a spin up that direction. The €100 you save would easily go towards a b&b and a few pints in a local pub in a nice village up there to make a decent spin of it.

Took the gsa to hursts today and 40 mins later came out with a pair of tourances fitted and balanced for 168 sterling
