34psi front and 36psi back sound about right?

Am running Battlax BT-023 tyres, rarely ride 2-up and commute 50 miles a day, motorway, A-roads and then London traffic-surfing.

(and before the lambasting, I have searched and not found)

PS it's not the easiest info to find, for such a large company thats makes tyres ?

I put in for the 1150 RT since it a comaparible size/weight to the GS they recommend F36 R42

You'll find a lot of companys appear to be settling on these pressures

I recently fitted Michelin Road Pilot 2's and they're F36 R42

Thanks Roddy - I was looking up RT pressures too - I was figuring the RT being a little heavier, but you're right it's probably not much different really... what with all the crap I cart about in my topbox!

:thumb2

I have the tyres on my 1150r inflated to 36 in the front and 42 in the rear, I use the same pressures for riding solo and fully loaded two up touring.

Yep I searched Google for RT and RS tyre pressures too and got lots of conflicting data, hence me asking here :augie

36 and 42 it is!

Case closed :thumb
