So did they fix the problem they had with spoke wheels?
I heard (maybe here) that lately they did.
Can someone verify?

Is this an option that can be added afterwards? (to 2007 bikes)

Not sure what the problem was (I presume it was air loss) but i`ve never had any issues with spoked wheels.

Even with not riding for a few weeks, I`ve never noticed any significant air loss.

Yup it is now available as an option

you see my order was without but only because my dealer didn't know the problem is resolved... I plan on rising an argument and request a retrofit on normal "preorder" cost IF it can be retrofited
