Tyre Pressures?

Im taking me and the missus and luggage to silverstone.
on my 1150 GSA shod with metzleller tourances.
What tyre pressures would suit the extra load?

Cos I'm really, really sad and have a memory like a goldfish, I dug out an old dymo labeller (remember those? )and made little labels with the tyre pressure range (normal to fully loaded) for each wheel. I stuck these on the underside of the beak and the underside or the rear rear mudguard (can't be seen in day to day use but I can see them while checking pressures).

I'll get me coat....
