A couple of years old, but an internet copy of Bike Magazines tyre test on a GS1200 with both road and dual use tyres:

Not sure if many of these have been superceeded, certainly if I go for a road tyre it will be the awesome Roadsmart (Not available at time of test) as I know that works in all weathers and have already done an Alps tour on them.

Traily Style, maybe the Dunlops, just not sure if I need anything other than a road tyre.

And after the test, they gave away the tyres. I've still got the Road Attacks sitting in my shed. I swear the rear one has only done 3 laps of a circuit at the most and I'm not convinced that the front one has ever been fitted.

I hear these things burn it faster than they do fuel, so was thinking the cheapest crap out there :nenau
