I have just clocked over 6500 on these but I noticed that the front is almost down to the wear bar but the rear still has about 2-3 mm to the wear mark. I normally have the panniers on but have always gone through the rears well before the fronts, first time for everything it’s just a shame that I don’t think I’ll get 2 fronts to a rear. Anyone else had this or is it just the way I ride

Think with 10,000 kms I would not be complaining front or rear..............:beerjug:

I agree Smogbob and still think ill get another 1000 miles out of the front now we are in the dry weather but just wondered about more wear on the front as my last 2 gs's have always gone through rears first

Might be down to the softer compound they are using in the tyres now, but that is only a thought, and IMHO at that stage get em off, as they are now prone to punctures more easily.........:beerjug:

My A41 front did the same, but mainly on the R/H side. The rear was getting squared off. Only done about 8,000km.
