Tyres - Fanums Review

Hi All

In Fanums excellent review this was my past quote

"On Anakees at the moment, very good wet & dry, definitely equal to, but not sure whether they're actually better than Tourances in terms of grip, but certainly wear faster. So in view of prices & wear rate it will probably be Tourances again"

Here's my current view:-

Went back to Tourance & now feel they're definately better than the Anakees, even when new & twitchy in the wet the Tourances were far more confidence inspiring than Anakees ever were.

The Anakees did as I said wear much faster, rear had it after 5.5 K miles - won't be changing from Tourances again, handle & wear better than any other I've tried - don't want road only tyres, even tho' they may be stickier - dont like to have to disable tracks on the GPS

Just changed my rear Anakee after20000KMS htf did you wear yours out so quickly????

I like em by the way....

Thanks for that Ade.....I've updated the FAQ to include the new comments.

If anyone else has anything we could add to the FAQ, please do let me know....the more info we have the better and more useful it'll get.

I'm still hunting for as many prices/dealers as I can find so more info there is more than welcome too.

Mine may have had a few miles left in 'em, but 20,00 km on a rear?? I always thought I was steady but you must have the restraint of a saint with the loud grip
