Thought I would post a few words regarding the UCLEAR 200 Force as couldn't see anything on here, only used the system for about a month, so far I'm really impressed, the "NO boom microphone" was the main selling point for me....and the results are amazing! It connect via Bluetooth so when on my own on the bike listen to music, take calls on the go. When people call me when riding they can't believe I'm on the bike, no wind noise and they can just hear the engine, all down to the noise cancelling tech in the speakers with incorporated mic, very easy to install in most helmets with ear space,

I have a Roof Desmo, and quite big ears so was a squeeze, but once fitted I couldn't even feel they are there "very good sound" I use ear plugs and don't even have on full volume, phone calls are slightly difficult to hear at 70+mph "mainly due to wind noise in the Roof helmet" as it's not the most quiet of lids.

As a intercom it's very easy to use, have had a slight echo when my wife talks when pillion but have updated the software so hopefully sorted that.

Overall highly recommended.

Yep, been using one for two years now. Getting the speakers in the right place makes a fantastic difference, battery life is superb and overall...really happy.

Agree.....if there not in exactly the same angle front to back, top to bottom, you get echo's and weird noises. 2 years is good service, that's pleasing as I'm happy with the kit but you never know how long it'll last

Good to hear that you have had success with this. I tried it a couple of years' ago and didn't get on with it - couldn't hear anything over about 40mph. You have inspired me to have another go - I have bought the pulse-pro speakers (which fit so much better in the helmets - those big speakers with the mics at the bottom end are a pain) and the audio quality for music etc... is excellent. Still had problems today, having paired with my wife's sena 10s (fabulous piece of kit!) she couldn't hear me above 30mph but I could hear her very clearly. I have ordered another set of pulse-pro speakers and will fit the other uclear into her helmet and give it another go - I really like the idea of boomless mics/intercom... I'll let you know if it works for me second time around...

Right - it's taken a bit of time to get back to this but finally Mrs Doc and I went out for a ride today with the pulsepro speakers/microphones in place. It must be said that the positioning of the microphones wasn't altogether clear but I think I have it now - bizarrely they go either side of the forehead, under the padding. I'm told this is because they are vibration microphones...whatever the distinction is between these and normal microphones. Anyway, we went out on my other bike (Road-king), Mrs D in an open face helmet with visor and me with an open face helmet without visor.

Remarkably the system worked. I think we had to shout a bit more than with the sena kit but I could hear her completely clearly at up to 60-70mph (all I could manage on back roads today). I think she had more of a job to hear me (but this isn't new - she's like that even when we're in the same room at home) but it still worked, nearly as well as a sena system. So I will persevere, especially with openface helmets as not to have the boom mike is a real bonus.

Result!
