UK to Estonia and back via Finland, Sweden etc

After Easter I'm planning a ride out via Germany, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and back via Finland, Sweden, Denmark etc.

Does anyone have experience of this? Anything to look out for? We have 11 or 12 days - is it optimistic to consider doing it in this time?

I did pretty much the same trip last year with additional days at a Bike fest in central Germany, and 3 days (2 nights) in Russia visiting St Petersburg.
16 days total with plenty of easy riding. Worst part really was the motorway slog through Germany and trying to get through Poland (Bad roads and traffic). Good trip though, and the Baltic states are definately worth a visit.

Hi there, if you need any advice on Estonia I can assist.

Been living up here for > 8 years now. There is still a lot of snow around at the moment although the main roads are fine. I hope to get the bike out this weekend for the first ride.
