I was impressed sir, you have clearly mastered the skill of emitting such wonderful crescendos without the ensuing evidential crayon marks :D

Pleased to meet them.... if Maureen did join in it was obviously with a very quiet chorus :D

And to think, we very nearly went to Skye instead...
Talking for both myself and Mo ( Maureen ), we cannot remember the last time we laughed as much, what a tonic :D ' Life's What You Make it' by Talk Talk ( in 1985  ) is actually dedicated to Rocket man

Absolutely delighted to meet everyone and finally put a face to a user name but the only one who looked pretty much as I'd imagined was flatdog !!
Fantastic job Micky and a first class location :thumb

Maureen has just admitted that she may have released a very minor 'chorus' that was fortunately completely overwhelmed by Gerardd's expulsions that were on a similar level to a tectonic plate movement :D

Tired but happy,

Mike & Maureen.

Cheers , MIcky , 3rd one biggest and best so far despite the weather reports. Needed to get back on Saturday night after the raffle due to my dad being ill. Glad I stay a bit longer or I could have won that shit book instead of the Rum . Had a great couple of evenings though. John from Wrexham area and pal Adrian great to meet you both, sorry I cant remember your forum name but really enjoyed your company :beerjug::thumb. Great to meet up with Barney, Fatal, Cookie , Wrinkley, MMM , Giles , Andrew&Julie the Boss and a few others yet again. Khulu- you are not all there are you ! Tony , always a pleasure mate . Glad you liked the Brioche :aidan: :friday

Big cheers to everyone who attended, see you at the next one :beerjug:

Aye, cracking weekend, thanks Micky for all the work, especially the beer checks you did before we got there. I can confirm that the beer was up to standard.

Minor issue was the requirement for the RAC to drive me home today but if you are going to break down you can't get a much better spot than Dent with the Sun Inn round the corner and some excellent craic going on.

Cheers all.

Great to meet you and hope that you get the bike sorted out quick..let us know how you get on.

Mike.

Micky, great weekend, despite the weather gods not co-operating properly. Thanks for all your work setting everything up. Although I didn't partake, I know that by talking to others that the efforts of the run leaders were much appreciated as well.

Hope everyone got home safely, no matter how Northern Jock......

Now, just the issue of an early ferry to Arran this morning, for a gentle west coast run before home time.

Gerard, tight lines, and thanks for the rest stop on Friday morning.

I spotted that bike in Hawes on Saturday afternoon.

Rider was wearing what looked like some of those new fangled, expensive, designer and VERY pre-distressed wax cottons.

Thats the guy; with a good set of chops, and plenty of beard wax, the hipster mags, would have been fighting for pictures of him. He was definitely, the real deal.

I take it you got home safely?
I'm still tired from the ride home.
Good to meet you.

I reckon Steve McQueen was a Jeff wannabe.

Was a blue & white R1200RS with you lot at Hawes?

I was going to post that as well.
Particularly as it's directly opposite a fish and chip shop!

Took me 9 hours to get back to my abode in Kent, but well worth the trip.

Very nice to put faces to names. Eve and I enjoyed ourselves mightily.

Kudos to Mickey for putting the effort in.:thumb:bow

Glad to hear you got back ok, and pleased to meet you briefly, in face space.:beerjug:

Big thanks to everyone involved.
Weather was a bugger, but not too much.
Only 3 of my pictures involve motorbikes but I shot some video for my Vlog, so it's not aimed at UKGSer particulary, so I may post that up to invite educated critique and general abuse and piss-taking..

Thanks again people.

I would have thought Mr Bear would more likely be found cottaging :ymca :D

....and I'm still tired from helping you up off the pub floor.:D
Good to meet you:beerjug:
