So, as a newby what's the score?

I'm planning on getting there early afternoon Friday. Once I've built "Chez Chalks" & got my dancing trousers on what's next?

Do we all hook up in the Pub or some other location or will it be pretty self evident who the other Tossers on the campsite are & just bimble over to say hi?

Cheers,

Damon

It's all highly organised disorganisation :D

There are the ride outs Saturday and Sunday of course, but on the camp site or in the pub, whatever, play it by ear Chalky, you'll be fine, no worries. There's no room for all of us in one tent, or even one pub :thumby:

I didn't know I had to bring my "dancing trousers"!!!!
Oh well, I'll use the same ones I used in the beer tent at the Austrian MotoGP last year then.
Any other last minute information I need to know????
Will it be warm enough to take my t-shirt off and do some chest slamming or is that a different party?

Quick update - if anyone is looking to get a room for - part of - the weekend the Dent Stores are just about to re-open and have one room left for the Satuurday night only (I know this because I've just booked their only other room that was free :-) ), weather looks wet and miserable. I'll still be camping on the Friday night but moving in/thawing out/drying off for the second night :-) ;-)
They can be contacted on 015396 25209

Micky,

Do I need to let the lady at the camping site know that Mike Aitken and I are Woosses (Wooosi?) and will only be camping for the Friday night now? I have managed to get us a twin room in the Dent Stores BnB and considering the weather forecast, I'd say it's a master-stroke and should avoid any aches and pains from two nights spent in the cold n wet tent (we can rough it for the one night - we are Scottish ;-) ).

Cheers for any guidance :thumb

Ditto that Gerard, Iain (The Stimulator) and I are heading off to Ardrossan on the Sunday for a Monday short crossing to Arran before returning home via Tyndrum, Fort Bill etc.

Weather looks OK for the Sunday (well, not blowing a gale...).
